A very good business to do flooring with. Open and honest. They came over to follow up on the flooring several times to make sure the work was as perfect as can be. Every interaction I have had from the sales, project leaders, and workers have been positive. They work for you until the very end. They have a wide selection of flooring in their showroom, decent pricing, and overall great customer relations. They do set a standard as a flooring company in this part of the city. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time dealing with Percy John Flooring, and they did an excellent job from start to finish! The customer service was great, and our floors look beautiful (also very high quality material compared to other places we looked at). We had a small hiccup with the amount of material ordered, but they were very kind and quick to fix the mistake; they made sure we got back the full amount that we had overpaid. Needless to say, I am very happy with their work, and will definitely be going to them again for any future jobs we need done.
