This was my first time dealing with Percy John Flooring, and they did an excellent job from start to finish! The customer service was great, and our floors look beautiful (also very high quality material compared to other places we looked at). We had a small hiccup with the amount of material ordered, but they were very kind and quick to fix the mistake; they made sure we got back the full amount that we had overpaid.
